We are looking for an exceptional Early Years Practitioner with a passion for leadership and
a vision for delivering the highest quality education and childcare. As a Co-ordinator you will
be in ratio and responsible for leading and organising our Pre-School (2–3-year olds).
Applicants will need to demonstrate motivation and commitment to working in a preschool
backed by extensive experience of child development and the EYFS.
You will need the ability to work confidently in partnership with parents and children. As a
member of the centre’s senior leadership team you will require experience in successfully
managing staff and in driving forward improvement and promoting reflective practice within

Hours: 22.5 hours per week, term time only,

Rate of Pay: Grade 7 (£21,074 to £23,111 per annum, pro rata)
