Nursery School Teaching Assistant Casual Supply Post Reference NS-20-001

We are looking for supply staff with a passion for working with young children. These roles are working with children aged 3 to 5 years old in the Nursery School during school term times. These roles, within our professional and supportive team, offer a great opportunity for the right candidate to develop their own experience and skills in working with young children. We welcome applications from candidates who can work flexibly to provide cover for our regular practitioners when the need arises during either morning or afternoon sessions or for both sessions.

You will need to demonstrate a commitment to working effectively within our team to provide each child with rich and varied experiences to further their learning and development. The ACE Centre Ltd is a registered charity providing Daycare and Preschool services to the community of Chipping Norton. We are located on the site of The ACE Centre Nursery and Teaching School and share administration and finance services with the School. We are looking for a part time administrator / receptionist to work as part of the current team of administrators.

The successful applicant will need excellent communication and administration skills as you will be the first point of contact for visitors to the centre. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team. The role will require multitasking to a high level and a flexible approach when needed.

The post will cover aspects of School and Daycare administration and a good working knowledge of MS Office suite is essential. Cash handling will be required.
