Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support)
Casual – Supply Post
We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our outstanding maintained Nursery School until the end of the summer term 2022.
The successful candidate will have a true passion for working with young children and the drive to make a positive contribution to the work of our team of dedicated practitioners. This role involves working with children aged 3 to 5 years old with special educational needs and disabilities to provide them with support to participate fully with their peers and to maximise their progress in all areas of learning. The role, within our professional and supportive team, offers a great opportunity for the right candidate to develop their own experience and skills in working with young children. We welcome applications from both experienced candidates and those who wish to gain experience in to pursue a career in early years or primary teaching.
You will need to demonstrate a commitment to working effectively within our team to provide each child with rich and varied experiences and to implement identified strategies to further their learning and development. Hours: Casual – Supply Post: Approx. 20 hours per week until July 2022
08:45 – 12:45 Monday – Friday Term Time Only
Rate of Pay: Grade 4: £9.81 – £10.01 per hour plus 12.07% Holiday Pay Supplement
