The ACE Centre Receptionist / Administrator

15 Hours, 3 Days per Week

Term time only, 38 weeks per annumn

The ACE Centre Ltd is a registered charity providing Daycare and Preschool services to the community of Chipping Norton. We are located on the site of The ACE Centre Nursery and Teaching School and share administration and finance services with the School. We are looking for a part time administrator / receptionist to work as part of the current team of administrators.

The successful applicant will need excellent communication and administration skills as you will be the first point of contact for visitors to the centre. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team. The role will require multitasking to a high level and a flexible approach when needed.

The post will cover aspects of School and Daycare administration and a good working knowledge of MS Office suite is essential. Cash handling will be required.

Hours: 15 hours per week, term time only

Rate of Pay: Grade 4 (£17,347 – £17,739, per annum, pro-rata)

ACE Childcare Cook

12.5 Hours per Week

The ACE Childcare team are looking for a Cook to plan and prepare the evening meal for our daycare children aged up to 5 years. You will interact with children, while providing high quality, home cooked nutritious meals.
